How could upgrading Opera mess up namazu from the console? You are probably experiencing the usual namazu blue days effect, whereupon every few days, the mknmz stuff makes an unsearchable index, which will usually recover next run of mknmz, or you can search on a backup index if you made one. I mentioned it to the creators but they aren't too chatty.
