Ah, but that doesn't help you if both URL and content indicate several
reasons why it might be interesting.  E.g., I might look at a
regularly updated list of things (e.g., job openings at some company)
either in order to check whether something I already have in my cache
is still listed, or to check for new entries.  If my interest is the
former, it is a waste of time to scan everything for new entries.
(This is particularly relevant for those sites that insist on
appending a session id to every URL so that Wwwoffle's HTML
modification options don't allow you to recognize items already in the
cache with a different session id).

Anyway, I am not completely surprised if others don't find this
possible feature very useful.
