I finally realised what is wrong with the ActiveState building process
for Wx related XS modules. Wx installs some build tools for xs modules -
which includes 'wxperl_overload' - into <installpath>bin.
In AS build environment, the <installpath>bin directory that
prerequisites were installed to isn't automatically on the path so
perl -S wxperl_overload
fails.

Neither do I. Every now and then I try to figure this out, but always run
out of time before I get things working in a way that can be automated. :(
