I'm not familar with nx, so I'm wild guessing... Is it just the (main) frames of applications that are affected? The Audacity Welcome Dialog behaves correctly. Do other dialogs also behave correctly? I seem to recall there was a problem with Wx(Perl?) applications on Windows when frame content is directly contained in the frame. Windows requires content to be in a panel.
