Jeremy,

any ideas as to why this would have stopped working out of the blue? Is 
this a problem with Nvidia? or is this something only XQuartz would be 
able to fix (assuming you had the man-power)

Also any chance for a work around? I also work in healthcare and this is 
crucial...
