Sorry, I don't know. X2go is using the NX libraries from Nomachine. These libraries have a complete (changed) embedded copy of Xorg inside, maybe without the X11 extention. I know you can change some things on it, e.g. with shortcuts: http://www.nomachine.com/ar/view.php?ar_id=AR03C00172 But I think some things are possible with arguments too. I would search the site of Nomachine to find more information about it: http://www.nomachine.com/support.php Not sure you will find...
