I just had a discussion with RT. As far as I understand the situation,
the simplest option would be to provide a patched libssh version via the
x2go repository and wait for the next libssh release. Thus allowing
those users that want to use a proxy to install that package manually.

P.s.: What's our policy on discussing bugs? Should it be done via the
