[It's "X2Go", not "X20Go"]

I'm not sure what Zoom is doing there, but an easy workaround might be
to run the Zoom client on the workstation, while using X2GoClient in
Published Application Mode rather than with a full remote Desktop
Environment.  That way, you might be able to share individual remote
application windows, because there is no remote desktop that Zoom might
accidentally capture.

Another option you could try is their web client, from a web browser
inside the X2Go session - not sure if the web client allows sharing a
window, but might be worth a try.
