It might be low traffic for several reasons including holiday season, software just works :) or the users are so smart they overcame all the current problems ;) Anyway, you call Xalan executable in a rather specific scenario, and most of the questions here are targeted at Xalan when used as a DLL (or other appropriate module packaging on non-Win platforms) or even as statically linked to and called from C++ code, so most of us can't reproduce your situation.
