Kevin Cormier needs karma for the Xalan project.

On February 21, 2007 I announced that Kevin Cormier was voted in as a new
committer on the Apache Xalan project.
(see http://marc.info/?l=xalan-dev&m=117209119832047&w=2 )

I've been a little negligent on finishing this off. Kevin is all set to
go, and has answered questions on the mailing list, provided patches,
reviewed patches since then; but doesn't have the authority to commit
changes to the code base. In short he doesn't have the right karma.

In late February, or early March of this year I asked on how he could be
granted karma (which I presume is write access to the Xalan code base). The
answer from someone came back that this was something that the PMC for the
project should do.

I'm on the PMC for Xalan, I am the chairperson, and I don't know how to do
this. Could someone make this happen please, or let me know how I can do
it.

The information on Kevin is:
