Hi Folks
I'm trying to help larry through his problem with geotiff and he came
across some stuff in the get-maptools.sh script
Firstly in line 406
there is an 'else' with no corresponding 'if' so it dies with an
(unhelpful) error,
Also could some text be put in around line 84/85 to tell people to
change the variables below to reflect their settings? Its obvious to
me, but maybe not for others
