What port did you use from Linux? /dev/ttyS0 or /dev/ttyS1? Linux/Unix typically start numbering their ports at 0, not 1. /dev/ttyS0 -> COM1 /dev/ttyS1 -> COM2 etc. -- Curt, WE7U.
