The label on the button is proper now plus the tracked station callsign is saved in the config file and restored on startup. The tracking state is still _not_ saved, so the only way to come up tracking on start is to use the command-line flag.
You can however easily go to the Station->Track Station dialog and hit the "Track Now!" button without typing the callsign if you always track just one station. For other stations right-click on the station, click Station Info, select the station (if there were several under the cursor), then click "Track Station".
