Added new feature to extend Audiophile feature to be able to choose between
gapless playback (preferred; but long albums and playlists are not guaranteed
to play to the end) and non-gapless.
For non-gapless a slider is provided to choose the number of seconds between
tracks to allow the user to find the optimum on his/her system.
