Hi Ronie,
The issues should be fixed on Git now.
As for the skinshortcuts includes, they are build at runtime by
skinshortcuts.
In next skinshortcuts update we'll make sure that the includes are written
regardless if the user actually has a specific item assigned to their menu
to prevent the missing includes error in the log.
