Hi all,

I've given up on SL6 for now and am installing FC13 via xCAT. I'm running into
indefinite hangs if I put otherpkgs into postbootscripts. The only way I've
found to get around this is to manually run "updatenode [nodes] ospkgs;
updatenode [nodes] otherpkgs" manually after reboot.

What seems to be happening is that the original OS yum repo lists are left in
/etc/yum.repos.d/ until the manual post-boot "updatenode [nodes] ospkgs"
command is run. If I don't run that command before running otherpkgs (either
from postbootscripts or manually), yum hangs indefinitely. It appears to be
trying to access Internet repositories from the original OS yum repo lists.

Adding ospkgs to postscripts or postbootscripts - with or without otherpkgs -
doesn't get rid of the original OS yum repo lists, leading to the hang when
otherpkgs is run.

Any insight?

Thanks.

Andrew
