What is in the /etc/selinux/config file, for the SELINUX attribute? If it still says enforcing then we do have a problem.

However, I didn't notice that mentioned in the xCAT 2.8 release notes and (on a fresh RHEL 6.4 install with current updates and xCAT 2.8 installed from the yum repo) it appears to be still enabled. # cat /selinux/enforce 1 # rpm -q xCAT xCAT-2.8-snap201302181705.x86_64 This is post the first reboot after installing xCAT and I've not done any configuration to xCAT at all yet. So is the iDP quick start wrong, or is this something that xCAT is meant to do but hasn't worked? cheers!
