The guide at https://xcat-docs.readthedocs.io/en/stable/guides/admin-guides/manage_clusters/ppc64le/virtual_machines/index.html does not seem to describe how to provision the VM with the OS. It just says "it can be provisioned like any other nodes in xCAT "
