---Reply to mail from jbb about XCmail: Header not printed

Dears David (both) and Jurgen,

David is absolutely right (as always :-)), with CUPS they attached
three diferent drivers for my old HPLaserJet-4L, non of it works well
enough but thanks David's remarks I finally found the optimal setup for
ljet4 driver with 150dpi resolution and Xcmail files now print fine
with headers and footers!

Many thanks, David!

Once more I would like to appologise all of You for bother your heads.
The RedHat7.2 CUPS print system is not the best. In my firs setup I've
choosed 300dpi (the standard for this printer in Windows and LPR/LPD)
for ljet4 driver but that did not work, on A4 paper it prints a half of
page of the dubled format. That is why I had choosed a second driver
"omni", there was no problem with it in other apps, only in XCmail.

Ok, it's over.

Have a good weekend.

Shalom,

Bronek
