Hello,
I've had a similar problem, but not with netscape but a propriatory
off-line email reader/writer. I've not reported this because I was
probably attempting a unique mailbox import combination.
What I found was that I had to remove some header lines (unique to that
program) and add another header line for each email. (I should add
this was a DOS email reader/writer).
I've found that the format of particular lines is essential for correct
parsing (commas or lack of them), particularly the initial
>From {email address} {Date}
line.
in my case I would find two or three emails appearing under the heading of
one.
My first thought here would be to compare the headers of emails in the nsmail
box to those in a "normal" vfolder. This probably needs to be looked at
using a text editor, but may be instructive to check the headers using
xcmail as well. I put this idea, based on my experience, forward as
somewhere to start.
Regards,
David Pilgram.
Not an XCmail developer.
Just helping out, after giving
Jrgen so much grief in the past.
