It's 64-bit, not 32, right? Do you have Sandbox turned on for this? I don't know why it's doing stuff with tsm, pasteboard, or coredrag. Trying to think of what else it could be. Has your plugin ever been installed in a host app and run from there? Have you tried running it installed in the root or user level Library folders? If you can't figure it out, I'd suggest creating a new project that has a QuickLook target and see if you can get that one to work.
