I saw that in the release notes, and made sure I’m on beta 5.

One possible source of glitches: I installed beta 5 before El Capitan. But the
first time I launched it under the new OS, it asked to install components, so
that should have put the right bits in place.

What does “installed” mean here, exactly? Xcode 6.4 is still in my Applications
folder, but it’s a self-contained app and I haven’t launched it since upgrading
to 10.11. (But I’ll delete it now just to make sure.)
