No specific info on flarm, but:

Serial port:
The 310 has a serial port, but not one that operates to RS232 standards.  Paul 
Remde (Cumulus Soaring) has a website dedicated to PDAs and sells an adapter.
Another affordable solution may be to use a USB-to-RS232(serial) adapter, 
provided there is a Win CE driver for it.

Bluetooth:  Once paired, a serial interface on COM5 is provided on my 310.  
I've connected Condor with XCSoar/310 that way.
