Whoaaa, it works! I removed the tty/cu.ports outgoing from the  
configuration. So now I only have the incoming connection configured  
with a serial port.
Then in my simulator I entered this port by cu.port (not tty.port)
I first started my simulator, then quickly XCSoar. It took more  
secconds before the devices were activated and voila!
I'm flying!

Thanks everybody for the tips and tricks! When you need I can write a  
how to for mac users?
