The whole question about what airspace is displayed by default is
problematic. The way that the various classes and types are applied, varies
between countries. Agreed that Military operations should be confined to
prohibited or danger areas, and not in G class airspace, but in some
countries, they are described as MOA's or Military Operations Areas.  The
ICAO standard should be the applied in the classification of airspace,
especially especially where a clearance is required and differences handled
by local pilots as their country applies the airspace classification. Note
the ICAO difference between "Class" and "Type."
