What I should have said was that these icons were removed from KDE SVG for the stated purpose of complying with the standard. My point is not about KDE but rather about the interpretation of the standard. While I believe that my interpretation of the standard is correct, I do think that the standard document could be clearer so that various developers do not argue about what it means.
