We find where xdoclet.jar is, then look at other jars and see if they
are modules, then look at modules's meta-inf/xdoclet.xml file and load
all tasks/subtasks/taghandlers from there.
Actually in 2-3 days or so the MODULE_REFACTORING_BRANCH will be
functional and you'll be able to play with it. It's actually cool and I
think it'll be great if Ant could do something like that too ;-)

There's no file shipping with xdoclet which has a list of modules. Just
throw the jar in the same folder where xdoclet is.
