That has worked, I have especified in the component element of the ant script 
packageregex="packA" packagereplace="packB" and it generates the files 
replacing the part of the package tree "packA" for "packB"

component classname="org.xdoclet.plugin.hibernate.HibernateMappingPlugin"
                       destdir="${directorio}" version="3.0"
                       packageregex=" packA " packagereplace="packB"/>

is this valid??? It work but now I am not sure if it is intended to do this ....

AFAIR, we do not have package substituion. Do you
really need this feature?  Or would be "destdir"
setting sufficient?
