I have a working CVS from 6/10/02 19:37GMT.  You might consider checking out
both the xdoclet and xjavadoc that were current on approximately that date
until you get a better answer.

I doubt you are doing anything too wrong though, it might be that someone
didn't check something new in.  I suspect that because I did a 'find xdoclet
-type f | xargs grep ModulesGrandBuilderTask' and came up with nothing.

Needless to say, I won't be checking out today ;)

If you want to put your build.properties up, I can take a look at it.
