yeah..i got the same when i tried to load the file in IE5

yes..i m connected. i m behind firewall but this should not matter...i have always been
able to parse XML files that refer to DTDs on the internet

Win2K, jdk1.3.1_07 and Ant 1.6alpha (ok,it's alpha version but i never
had any problem running scripts so far)

well, in ANT_HOME\lib i have both xercesImpl.jar (latest version) and xalan.jar....

i'll try to download the latest ant and see...
