The fix for 6699320 should be part of the b91 xVM source
(MQ patch xen.hg/.hg/patches/enable-shadow-optimisations):

You can try to build your own b91 xvm packages from that source
and install them in your xvm-3.1.4 based opensolaris dom0.
The xensource development version has the change, too:
