Have you seen NetWare run correctly using SUSE's Xen? I researched it but found that people were complaining about the same problems I had encountered using OpenSolaris.. If it's stable there and not in OpenSolaris at this time, then the choice is obvious -- just a matter of getting mgmt to swallow the Linux pill. This is where the 'hippie' perception comes in and if it fails, then *I'm* the guy who brought Linux into the enterprise..
