I've also tried virt-install F12 rawhide via development repos( two different 
sources been tested )
Installer comes to VNC phase, obtains IP via DHCP and refuses to retrieve
installation image . Same virt-install, obviously, runs nice at Xen 3.4.1 F11 
(F12) Dom0 & Libvirt 0.7.1-10 with the most recent pvops kernel 2.6.31.1 from 
Jeremy Fitzhardinge Git Repo.
