I think schema location is missing a '/' in your example:
xsd:SchemaLocation="http://intranet.globeop.com/Schema
test.xsd
Also make sure that you can access
http://intranet.globeop.com/Schema/test.xsd
from your internet browser.

Subject: newbie schema validation help
Hello all,
I'm very new to XML and XML Schemas but I've been trying my luck at the
following to get started.
I have put together a very simple schema and schema instance document.
However, when I try running the sax.SAX2Count sample with the -v and -f
options, I get a "General Schema Error: Grammar with uri 2:
http://intranet.globeop.com/Schema/test.xsd , can not be found."
I am running this with Java version 1.1.3 on Solaris 2.6. Any help would
be
greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Pankaj
