Thanks for your help, however, neither of your suggestions have worked.
I've tried a few different things for the xsd:SchemaLocation but nothing
seems to work. Does anyone see a bug in the parser that might cause this or
am I too wet behind the ears?

check your xsd:SchemaLocation in xml instance document it seems the
namespace is inappropriate here .? I think it shoud look like
http://intranet.globeop.com/Schema/test.xsd test.xsd , since your
namespace includes the name test.xsd
