I was willing to update latest W3C DOM L3 WD specs for both Core (June09) and LS (June19) in Xerces main trunk and also use official W3C DOM packaging (org.w3c.dom) to do that.
I did some changes on my local machine and would be happy to do rest based on your response. Please respond ASAP.
