   Exactly same as you interpreted below ...

The DOM Level 3 implementation can't be yet available by default since
the drafts are yet not stable.
The interfaces should *live* in dom3 and org.w3c.dom.ls packages.
   Okay ... Its  not urgent.

   Elena, I am expecting DOM L3 Core and LS go Candidate Recommendation
   by Aug once Last Call closes on July 31. Am I realistic ?
   I was thinking to have a new release (dot dot) of Xerces in Aug 2nd 
week.
   Is community Okay with it or seeking some change ?
