Never mind. It looks like I had xerces.jar in my classpath twice in 
different locations :/

I'm getting a "Sealing Violation" error when I try to instantiate a 
DOMParser (org.apache.xerces.parsers.DOMParser) in a Tomcat servlet. I 
checked the manifests and could not find any sealed jars. Did anybody else 
see this before?
