Oh, ok. It's been a while since I looked at this, sorry. Honestly, I
don't think it should concern you unless you plan to write documents
in Chinese or Czech...

The tests check every Unicode character that is supposed to be a legal
start of element name character (all 30,000 of them ;-), it was just a
brute force test of the Unicode system.

Your Xerces should be working fine otherwise.
