I downloaded and installed the latest Nvidia drivers
(1.0-5336) and modified the XConfig file but that did
not help.
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel
module!

configuration.
Fatal server error:
no screens found
To resolve the NVIDIA error message, the nVidia README
suggested:
./insmod nvidia_drv.o
But this gives the error message:
"Couldn't find the kernel version the module was
compiled for."
This is all Greek and Latin to me.
