It would certainly be cool. The amount of attention I could pay to implementing major new features is probably less then what would be considered useful, but I'm happy to fix any bugs I find and help out non-comitters getting any code they submit into the tree.
Provided people are happy with the quality of my code and the above level of, err, 'commitment', then count me in! 8)
