I am interested and willing to tackle:

1. Any help with XML-RPC external API
2. SOAP external API
3. Updated command line tools
4. Regression testing

Ok, I put you down as the owner for 3 and 4, co-owner for 2 with James as questionable since it seems he wants to get SOAP going too. You guys can run with that, I'll stay out of the way. As long as I have an XML-RPC API to work with I'm happy.

5. Not something listed, but mentioned previously: web-based admin based on
my PHP admin (?)

We also get this with Xincon which is written in Java and is probably a better fit with the overall project (assuming we accept it). Maybe using the PHP admin to more influence the Xincon development would be the way to go?

Subject: Tasks

I'm starting to work on more clearly outlining the tasks we have. My first
attempt is here http://www.xindice.org/papers/tasks.html. If you're
interested in signing up for something please let me know. Right now I'm
just listing things, Hopefully we can get more detailed descriptions for
stuff soon.
