[VOTE] Release plan

"Release soon, release often", uh? :-) We have been talking about a 
release, with little left to work on (AFAIK, there are no outstanding 
bugs ATM). I understand that Vladimir has a patch ready to set the 
configuration of the embedded database, and I'm waiting to see it 
committed so that we can remove the last open point and proceed to the 
next release.

My proposed plan is to:
1. Release a beta next Tuesday (Jan 27);
2. if everything goes well, release 1.1 final on Feb 11.
3. start working on 2.0 :-)
Kimbro: you have been doing the releases until now. Are you available 
for this scheduled plan? All: who is available to help with 1.1 
documentation?
