At the present time the Xindice project has two PMC representatives, Gianugo Rabellino and myself. Since I've become inactive in the project of late, I want to step down from the PMC so that a more active committer can take my place. The obvious choice for this is Vadim Grtisenko so I want to nominate him for the role. The guideline on this is that we need approval from a two-thirds majority of active committers to move forward so we need a vote.

And more: thanks so much Kimbro for all you've done for this project. From writing DBXML to bringing it to Apache and continue to support it, we surely owe you a lot. I'm confident that you will still stick around, and I look forward to you coming back with new ideas and time to make them happen.
