I still haven't found time to get things going. If anyone feels like jumping in, please be very welcome ;-)
If nobody will, then I will do it for sure at some point, because we recently had the problem that Cocoon and Lenya are including different versions of xmldb-commons/xupdate, which led to a conflict, so there is certainly a need for action, at least on the Lenya side.
