    More to the point, will this give XUpdate time to learn about
    Apache, or will it be a set back for those projects that use
    Lexus like Xindice and Cocoon?

    Keep in mind that there are those of us interested in developing
    the Working Draft, in addition to the reference implementation.
    (Not just looking to move a Java package to a new CVS repository.)
