XINDICE-1.1b3 configuration

Hello,
I've modified build.properties configuration file,
in particular test.xmlrpc.hostport propertity (setting on 192.168.1.2:8080),
and then i've compiled XINDICE-1.1b3.
I'm able to start XINDICE on http://127.0.0.1:8888 but not on
http://192.168.1.2:8080.
Anyone can help me?
