Yes i know all this, but divide said that:
' MX records MUST be A or CNAME records, not PTR'

Which means that behind the MX there should be an A or CNAME record (not
an IP), and this is ok, so my question is now.

What can also be the reason that my server doesn't want to send mail to
the domain hdf.com.pl

No.
MX is a Mail Exchanger record. It points out the IP-address of your
mailserver to sending SMTP servers.
The A record is also called a host record and is used by most other
services
but SMTP.
