You might have to get into installing CYGWIN and doing the compile yourself.

If you installed all modules correctly and the configuration files can be found then it should work . Be sure that also the template can be found (as configured in the config file you use) . I never tested autoreply.pl on a windows machine , but it seems to me that this may not make a difference . If the commandline is correct as descibed in the documentation it should work .
