Hey, here is an odd question, have you ever giving any thought to add a
filter/plugin concept for the ctrl protocol?  I was thinking that it =
would
be create to add some custom extension to the ctrl protocol and then =
allow
people to add the ones that they want to use by installing them like the
current filters.

What do you think?

Yes, but you won't get a rejection at SMTP session level. You'll get a
notification of missed delivery.
